Right I want a new guitar. Do I need one? No. But I want one none the less. I have a feeling that when I get my next paycheque the urge for a new guitar will be overpowering...

So... Here's what I'm thinking. Either:

Though on the other hand I would like a new acoustic:

same issues here. supposed to be putting together a studio, and getting my amp out of the shop, but i'm buying a new one instead... i guess it is helpful though that it will fill the needs met by my traynor, so i can sell that once i get it fixed.

LOL!!! That's so freakin' funny!

I just got ride of my mim tele & my squier strat (bullet but still) & I have a Gibson Songwriter! I pulled the pickup out of the SW tho cause I HATE(!!!) peizos(sp?) so I put in a LR Baggs M1 active & freakin' LOVE it!!! The M1 is probably my favorite acoustic pickup I've ever heard, the only other that I really love is the SunRise but the M1 is more transparent to the guitar you put it in.

If you can get a Songwriter do it! Its seriously my fav acoustic I've ever owned (& I have owned A LOT 😀 )

I think the Songmaker is different to the Songwriter... Dunno though. It's definitely a Songmaker I would get 😉

But I really want the Tele 😕

I've heard from 2006 MIM's are the way to go but the tinted neck and plainer decals of the 2009 models even more appealing to me - more natural and humble looking. Am gonna get a Strat soon methinks.
