70's strat reissue USA vs MIM

i was looking at getting a reissue mim strat. Do you know what the main differances between usa and mexican are? I know the differances in standard mim and usa strats, but the reissues are a specaial edition or something like that. I hope it is not as dramatic as the standards. And how do both of the reissues, stand up to the orginal. any info would help'
