it plays and sounds really good, like cross between a mandolin and a banjo, and slide sounds great, suprisingly loud too.
i'm going to take it to my tech and have inlays put in, proberly.
the frets on these things are really weird, you might be able to see from the pics there are in like groups of 3:

kind of like that, so i refretted the whole thing western style.
