so do you want to switch between the two, or have both always running? if its the latter, you could use a y-cable, or a stereo box (if you have even the most primitive of soldering ability, you could build it yourself). i use a dd-7 split to an ampeg and a bassman, and it could serve the same purpose in your rig. (it can also send the wet signal through one output, and dry through the other). Also, you could use both channels, and run wet through input one of channel one, then run a cable from input 2 of the first channel to your effects, then into channel 2.
do you mean 2 inputs of one channel or 2 different channels? i don't see the point of the former.
