Jaguar with Jag-Stang pickup style

Ok, so I want to buy a new Fender Classic Players Jaguar in sunburst and put a redswirl pickguard on it but I have one problem. I want to leave the original neck pickup in and put a JB in the bridge. Does anyone know how hard it would be to install one, like with the pickguard routing? I looked all over for a picture of a setup like this but i couldnt find one. If you could give me information on this or send a picture of a Jaguar with a humbucker and single coil that would be extremely helpful!!!!

unless you really are dead set on getting a full size humbucker for any reason, you should think about getting a singlecoil size bucker instead... they sound pretty good (very close to the full size ones) and you wont need to cut a large piece of wood from your guitar which, unless its done by a professional, (which can be expensive) you could risk damaging your guitars body...

so look at some singlecoil size humbuckers and other pickups that size... you may even prefer the sound

I was thinking about that but i dont like them very much and like the looks of a humbucker and you got to admit that would look cool. But to end the story i found a professional to rout the hole and to custom ored a pickguard.

I've seen one like it. It looked okay.

Have you seen Mad-Mike's jag? It has cool rails and looks awesome. I'd go for 10k GFS lil killers though because they're much cheaper.

Also, when getting a new pickguard, watch out which ones fit the AVRIs (American) and CIJ/MIJ RIs. The WD and most others only properly fit the american ones wheras the ones at guitarpartsresource are designed for for the japanese RIs. However your best bet is to get something from a guitarbreaker on ebay (dazbootman or stratosphere)
