Hey everyone, this is a great website...helpful and friendly. One person who has struck me as exceptionally helpful is GFS. He's sincere, mature, always looking to be helpful, and consistently bringing meandering threads back on track. We each contribute our unique strengths here, but GFS models a lot of the strengths that contribute to our common purpose.
When, on the other hand, someone gets sarcastic or otherwise undermines the good stuff, we have a responsibility to speak up briefly or to collectively ignore that person. Then we gotta move on.
