Thanks! Yeah it's a Duo-Bronco and I think she'll stay that way. I rather like having a "super simple" guitar. It's got a 1M volume pot on it so it's GREAT for pushing my Orange AD5 but mostly I leave it rolled back 1/2 way so it doesn't just overdrive the preamp tube. It sounds and plays GREAT, honestly gets used a ton for strummin' and does good with basic lead too.
I have a love/hate with the pickguard. The pup isn't "perfectly" placed so it misses a little of the low E, still picks it up but doesn't do a great job. I've still got more of the sign so I'm thinking of cutting another and spraying it with lineX spray and see how that works. The look it ok for me but not great, kinda feels like 80 UK punk or something, not bad just not me. I honestly didn't think I'd leave it on, just needed something to wire the pup/pots to but ended up really wanting to play it at a few shows and just haven't had time to change it.
The pedal board is amazing! It took no time and didn't cost ANYTHING! cause I already owned all the stuff I used. Fun easy project I highly recomend even if you already have a board. Only main thing to find is a case that's lid sits flat so it doesn't wabble.
