Fender neck plates

Is the 4 bolt style standard for all guitars or different for jaguars, teles, strats etc?

yeah, it's standard 4 bolt for most all of them. Except the 72 Tele models; i.e. the Deluxe, Thinline and Custom (and possibly a few other guitars... These ones definitely). They have 3 bolt neck plates.

I think the fender toronado's have an odd shaped neck plate too. Kinda curved on one corner IIRC.

EDIT:Nope, or maybe. Here's one with a regular neck plate, but I'm sure I've seen some with odd ones. I could be dreaming too, a decade and a half of drug abuse does that to you.

Oh yeah, forgot about these ones. They use these a lot on the USA model basses and things I think...
