jacksonjackass Not all strap button screws are the same y'know. Try using a bigger one 😉Also, robb isn't too far off. You'll need glue as well though
harrison if you found one small enough to fit in the hole.this happened on my mustang and i just moved the screw over and drilled a new hole. lol
JaguarOW Tyler said: could i take a wooden dowel and wood glue it in...let it dry and redrill in that?yes, try and get the dowel to fill as much of the hole as possible or youll have to do it again 😉
feedbackismyfriend when I saw Maylene and the Sons of Disaster in concert their guitarist was using duct tape to hold his strap on........
harrison feedbackismyfriend said: when I saw Maylene and the Sons of Disaster in concert their guitarist was using duct tape to hold his strap on........i've seen this a lot, and i think its more of a "straplock" kind of thing and less of a replacement for the strap button and screw

harrison so all in all you can A) dowel and redrill😎 squirt wood glue in the hole then insert screwC) move the screw a few cm and just drill an all new hole4) duct tape the strap on
Tyler i went to the hardwear store but couldnt find one small enough...i will look again but if they dont have one how do you do the tooth pick thing....how many do you do? and do you use glue?
