AV Pickups!!!

Does anyone stock a set of these? 😈 The places i find only seem to have bridge model and are out of neck. I nearly ordered a set of Antiquity II's, then thought of how much i could save buying the AV's seeing as everyone seems to recomend these over the SD's. Maybe i should get the SD vintage? Are the antiquities that much better, or are they just aged vintage models? Also, do CIJ claws fit SD vintage and antiquity pups? If i can't find any AV's soon i'm gonna have to go with an SD version unless anyone has got a set of AV's they wanna get rid of?

yes. the covers and claws will fit any fender single coil with a straight bobbins.

the antiqs may sound a lot thinner and tinnier than the US fender jaguar pups

Yeah, there the ones i've tried, GPR only have the bridge pup in stock and Angela and guitar parts are on backorder. The SD vintage pups don't seem to be that great going by the reviews on harmony central, anyone here have any first hand experience with them? How are they in comparison to the AV pups? Are the antiquity II's worth the extra dough? Also, i've tried potting my CIJ pups but they still squeal (although not as bad as they were). I've heard even the SD and the AV models squeal, is this right? I don't fancy potting an antiquity myself!! 😕
