thanks for the b-day shout. I picked it up for list, which is $299, so I think it came to about $324 after tax.
Show me another solid top acoustic-electric with a concert body (with a bound body (front and back) and bound neck) for around the same price! Let alone one with shaped inlays to boot... I sure wasn't able to find any!! From what I understand, they are VERY popular w/ Fender right now and are on backorder. I wouldn't be surprised if the price goes up in the next few months...
EDIT: On second thought, it probably won't because it wouldn't surprise me one bit if the low price is in the contract agreement with Tim Armstrong. So, props and a thank you to Tim!
