My AVRi does the same thing, its simple... providing yours isn't screw in and you've forgotten that its screw in 😁 , lock the trem lock button and pull the trem out with as much force as needed, it will come out! That's the ONLY way of getting them out.
I've never broken anything doing this, I've never even heard of them breaking doing this because the force is equal on the circumference of the colet. It was designed to be pulled out anyways.!
