Jaguar bridge, Which one?

Hi I recently have been putting together a 65 jaguar. I bought a MIJ Mustang bridge for it but it doesnt fit properly. The ferrules in the body are too big for the bridge posts. Since the body is from 65 it is possible that the ferrules have been changed, Which brings up the questions:

-Are MIJ Mustang bridges a different size than MIA ones?

-Would a MIA Jaguar bridge probably fit?

any input that anybody has on jaguar bridges would be helpful as I am new to jaguars.

The bridge is supposed to rock around. It means that as you use the trem, the bridge will move so there will be no friction between the saddles and strings 😉
