Not really. you may have to widen the E A D nut slots very very slightly but don't go deeper,that's not needed and will cause problems.
You can get away without doing anything anyways.
I done mine with a small file, just a tiny bit at a time off of each side of each slot til it was perfect. keep an off cut of each string near by so you can put it in the slot and continuously test until its the right width.
Its all about width, not depth!
