Yes, but you have to import them from japan.

Alternatively, you can buy a regular mustang and get a competition stripe sticker.

You can still find some of the re-issues they imported to the uk floating about second hand... But if you want a new one, then yes, importing from Japan is really your only option.

I would do that but im a middle class teen so i have no money what so ever and shipping and handeling would be a bitch.and the head stock i'd just take off the tuneingkeys rap the neck in garbage bags and spray paint it and then buy gold pain and spray fender on it.in shiny gold letters of course 😎

Sounds dangerous... Leave the headstock plain, it'll still look nice.

You should look on ebay. sometimes it's a cesspool for comp stangs vintage or jap.

i have an 03, or maybe its 04

either way its the second one that i have had. i ended up putting a single p-90 in it, and then making a tort guard for it.

i think i did a demo of it on youtube but i can't remember.

i remember the first one i bought on ebay for like 500 bucks and the second i bought for 375 from a buddy.

the camera sound really kinda sucks, im wanting to start recording my demo's thru my 8 track, and then sync it up with the video so it sounds better.

the distortion pedal im using is a Dwarfcraft Devices Eau Claire Thunder.

its my main distortion for guitar and bass. I actually just bought another one about 2 weeks ago so i could have 2 seperate settings on hand for bass or guitar at all times.

*sniffle* I miss my blue comp stang... She was stolen out of my car when I went inside a music shop to buy her some strap locks... I was gone less than 5 minutes... I always tell people about that when they see me carrying my JS w/ me everywhere when I COULD just leave it somewhere "safe" for just a minute or two... (I've been scarred for life...)

Now i know for sure that i will always take my guitar inside the shop with me. Because sometimes i leave it in the car....... 😡

i might find one in a pawn shop. people but all kinds of exspensive guitars in pawn shops and i could of bought a 63 telecaster non reissue for $50.It's amazing how cheap paw shops sell stuff for.and wow it sucks #### that you got your comp got stolen need a hug?
