What McCon says is pretty much true.
Life is not easy.
I'm not willing to go into the various trials of my life, except to say they are probably no different than most people go through, except that if I was to list them here, it would make for a very tragic story.
Point is, teenage years are fragile, and if you are dedicated to being "disrespectful" to society just for the sake of it, them what you are doing is self-sabotage. You will only make a hard time even harder.
I wasn't popular at school either... who cares? It made me appreciate later on whehn I made good friends. I live my life my the "treat others as you wish to be treated" philosophy. I try to be good to people, I expect the same in return. I respect people, and I expect respect in return. I listen, and I like to be listened to. I talk, and I like others to talk to me.
Don't worry about not fitting in (that is a standard teenage concern, and not nearly as important as you might think), but don't deliberatelt try to go against the grain, because there is nothing worse than self-imposed misery. It stinks of self-pity.
Lastly, Kurt Cobain is NOT and never will be, a good role model, so you're also barking up the wrong tree with that one.
