None of Cobain's guitars had any fancy mods. the standard was humbuckers in the bridge,500k pots and tune-O-matics, that's about it. Kurt wasn't a guitar geek and didn't know a lot about guitars/mods. He knew what he wanted and other people modded them for him mostly. Although in the 80's he done some mods himself apparently, and you can tell they are very DIY. like taped in pickups etc.
