Its a grounding problem. All ground leads should lead back to the volume pot casing, this includes the bridge and vibrato. The bridge and vibrato need to be grounded also.
You can just use the regular mustang schematic, they are identical: (volume and tone pots are 250k Audio, the capacitor is .047uF, uF= microfarads) but remember to ground the vibrato/bridge
