OMG just read this thread and it is epic win, can't believe I never read it before 😆 , Kurt nice going on the "Kurt Collection", that sure is a nice bass.

i've seen early vids of slayer and they already had warlocks so that kinda leed me to belive that.

Everyone in Slayer was working a day job before the band "took off" (and this wasn't really until Reign in Blood came out in 1986.) Tom Araya worked as a respiratory therapist around the time that Slayer was more of a concept than an actual band and basically used his earnings to finance their first album. They were in no way, "spoiled rich kids". Slayer has always been an extremely hard-working band and their work ethic extended to other endeavors outside of the band. Plus, you have to consider the fact that a B.C. rich guitar in the early 1980s costed a fraction of what they go for today. Ever heard of hyper-inflation? Wait, why am I even asking you this question...

well i dont know that much about the band all i thought was badass guitars that early on damn their loaded!!!! and yeah i've heard of high inflation tahts what happened to gibson.(fender has way more right to be highly inflated than gibson though hendrix,cobain,the list goes on.)
