It's about pilots in the USA air force in the Second World War trying to get out of flying any more missions... Catch 22 is the catch that you can only get out of flying the missions if yr insane, but only a sane person would ask for the test to prove their insanity...

Yeah it's pretty confusing, it's been described as "mental gymnastics" but if yr willing to put in the effort to read it it's really good.

Yeah I have lol, it's like Jaws in the way that it's just so different to the movie. The book of Jaws pretty much descends into pornography sometimes lol.

You should read Deep Below The Ocean by Justin Keith Morgan, it's a great book if you can find a copy (I'm not sure you would be able to as the author is pretty unknown, even here in the states where he's from, but you might be able to find one somewhere on the internet). The only reason I've heard of him is because he was the bassist for the worship band at a summer camp I went to. It's not as gory as Jaws or anything like that, but it's a very good read nonetheless.

watchin jaws now, and also readin the book, just shows how little anybody knew about sharks back in the early 70's.

Peter Benchley realised this and tried to change peoples pre-conceptions of these amazing creatures,the ones which he ironically enough served to fuel, but the one thing that made the film a classic for me was the interplay between the 3 main characters played by Robert Shaw, Richard Dreyfuss and Roy Schieder.

Brilliant acting and script writing.

I first saw Jaws about 10 years ago when I was 19. I didn't think that much of it, but over the years, I have really grown to love the film. Now, it's one of those films that I just MUST watch at least once a month.

It's easy to forget that once upon a time Spielberg made genre films for adults. The last one of those has has made was probably Minority Report, although it had far to big a budget to truly be a genre flick.

well my friend has an 8yr old sister she looks very sweet and innocent till you say hello to her and she will promptly tell you to go F yourself you effing sumbag piece of sh*t followed by a slew of insults she'll then either kick you and walk away or give u the finger and call you a mother effer then leave.

I find her hilarious and yes its totally true I dont know who taught her to swear though but she sounds like a little sailor or something.
