i already polished it it has this really kool fog look on it now.and yeah the bridge would be expensive to replcace and thats $21 dollars i do'nt have and i wanted to leave it like it was and just get a little of the gunk off but it's my dad's and i do'nt have much say in it.
how much would a clear coat cost? and yeah were trying to keep it very vintage my dad's thinking about geting it painted olympic white like it origonally was but i really like it the way it is also it has a bridge already i just took it off for cleaning and polishing.it's fully functional and everything but the control plate needs new screws they rusted in two.(and the control plate really needs to get cleaned.)
