cause i don't think anywhere other than those places have american trems. they can be difficult to get, at times. mainly because they are fender parts that aren't really sold as individual units. just made for american jaguars. it's the same with the pickups. i remember last year or so, everyone who wanted them was on backorder. and the companies were simply waiting on fender for them. infact, i'm surprised fender offer them as extras at all
