I'd check to see if you have your intonation screws resting against the saddles, especially on the E, A, and maybe G strings. The Japanese Fender rocker bridges tend to have screws that are a lot longer than vintage ones, and when the saddles are set far back, they tend to point upward and touch the string, causing buzzing.
Another thing that could cause buzzing is not having the string backpressure behind the bridge tight enough, or having saddles that rattle around due to being loose (bad screws or bad springs).
