More people are aware of the Japanese shops these days, and can get better deals. As a consequence the prices in the shops have gone down to compete with this (I remember when CIJ jags and jazzies were 899, and this was around 2003!), but are still around the same as what the costs would be with taxes.
I made quite a considerable loss when I sold my jag on ebay about two years ago, this was only when people were starting to catch on to these overseas shops.
I'd suggest you relist it; it's often quite random with what goes on ebay. You might get lucky and make around 350-400. Any more, and you'll definitely make up for the ebay costs.
