I found one of these for $25 don't really want it for myself but wondered if it might be worth buying to resell.

Anything you guys might know would be great. Oh the condition was "well used" and it needed a new volume pot (REALLY scratchy and more like an off switch with 10 being full volume and 9 was off)

Harmony guitars are brilliant. Love mine to death, actually I had a gig this last Saturday, and my Jag-stang got designated the position of back-up guitar, and didn't get played the entire show 'cuz I didn't break any strings and the Harmony was stayed in tune good enough to where I didn't have to switch... It sounded freaking beautiful with my AC15 at half volume and using an almost cranked fuzzface for the dirty sounds.

Buy the Harmony..... Play the Harmony..... Love the Harmony.... Date the Harmony...

You can get a Teisco easy enough.

The regularly pop up on ebay for less than a hundred bucks. Can't vouch for the working order, of course 😉

I've been tempted to get one, but I need to be a bit financially responsible these days.

It's not too much different to what the Fender 'student models' were back in the day: cheap guitars aimed at people on a budget.

I can't vouch for the quality of a Teisco because I'm not sure I've ever even heard one. But for $75 I sure am tempted. They would definitely sound different to anything currently in my arsenal.

i was not really talking about the Teisco, i was just talking about the guitar market in general.

Haha, no worries. As you can tell by looking at my rig, cheaper is better for me 😀
