Fran A lot of people claim the 65RI pups sound good and gritty, much better than 69RI pups apparently.
Doug Don't know for sure. My '65 pre-CBS with original pickups has no hum in my home. If I played elsewhere near large fluorescent or neon lights, well then I can't say.
