Hello Jag world,

I ordered a new 62 resissue jag yesterday. 😁 $$$$!!! I read in the forums about set up. Will I need to set intunation and string height? Do think my jag will play fine without fret buzz?

Congratzzz on your purchase. 😉

If there's any fretbuzz i suggest you adjust the string saddles to change the height of the strings.

Most people put a Mustang bridge on a Jag because the standard Jag bridge is kinda crappy. (string pops out of saddles, tuning i believe etc.)

If its brand new, it probably won't need setting up. And about the bridge, most say that it gets better when the saddles start to rust a little.
