c0r428 Just inherited a jag. I don't play the guitar and plan on selling it, but have no idea what the value is and figuring out the year / value has been difficult so far. Says "Made In Japan" with serial #Q037605. Any help would be much appreciated!

foxyloxy I think the best idea would be to keep it for now until the USA's financial situation is better.guitars are only going to get more pricey.
Richie If it's a MIJ (made in Japan) that means it's going to be an early to mid 90s one. I dunno how much they'd go for in the US but I would hazard a guess at no more than $800, and that's probably being generous.
coldwaraudio It also appears that it has been refinished or had the original finish stripped from the guitar because as far as i know fender never produced a natural mij jag so that lowers the value a bit.
