ok, a companion of mine has an sg that he said weould never stay in tune and what not so i had a look see at it, first thing i noticed is that the neck needed to be tightend becuz of the relief, but before i even got the that i noticed a crack running down down the neck about where the 3rd fret begiuns and the 7th ends. and the crack is with the truss rod. really straight, at first it only seems like its thru the finish but i have no idea.
and the second problem is the damn truss rod is a fricken bolt not a hex so do i need to get a special tool, but i can;t anything in there as it is.
