It looks like original finish, and the Torres stamp is valued by many (some question whether this name means anything substantial in terms of quality). The modifications will diminish the collectable value but if all the electronics are working well and the action's decent, you could get a pretty good price.
It would be a good investment to take it to a couple shops that sell vintage guitars and get a formal appraisal...an appraisal on letterhead will build your credibility on Ebay and help you set the very best price.
