The fretboard refurbished and neck refreted, I got my custom sets of strings today 😁

They were packed in the UPS standard small box using real popcorn 😛 ####in germans 😆 My brother dared and even ate one 🤮

Other good news is all the rest of the stuff have been finally collected at my middleman's and it's moving out from US probably next week 😈

Where is everybody getting this idea that reissues have an alder body??? They are basswood according to all the specs that have been issued. I haven't exactly taken my reissue to some wood inspector or anything, but as all the documents I've found on the reissue say basswood, I'm inclined to believe them...

Very cool! I like the bridge a lot. The tuners look nice too. What SD pickups did you use? Keep the switch setting stock?

Pickups are JB trembucker and Custom staggered. There is just a 3-way for selecting 😀

For me these tuners ooze "swift string change", "stability" and "NO EFING STRING TREES" all over the guitar 😁

If I liked 'vintage' I could've just bought whole guitar from the bay... 😛

Fender slider switches and their original placing on the pickguard are absolutely horenduos. DO NOT WANT any of these on any of my guitars 🤮

I don't care for the out-of-phase sound, so the pickup selecting is controled only by the 3-way switch on the lower horn. Toggle FTMFW 😈

Oh the demos.... I don't have time or means to record anything at the moment... 😢

That's great. I was shocked when I saw the final project. I created that same guitar in paint several months ago. Nice to see some one brought it to life. How is the trem compared to Mustang?
