CROSS Don't paint the headstock, keep it in tact!These things will be worth a lot one day, don't screw up the neck!!!
stangjag how about if i just paint the body dakota red and then buy a black decal comp striped and change the pick guard what do you think then
paul_ knock up a photoshop and see if it looks cool. if it does, go for it. this is your idea and your guitar, so you shouldn't worry about if we'll think it looks good or not. everyone's idea of what constitutes a good-looking guitar is different anyway.
