Fender Amplifier for Fender Jaguar ?

I'm not sure of which one it is.

I know my brother had this one, and it was like the best amp I ever used.

I had never seen one with the whole "Fender Blues Deluxe" written on the front again. All the Reissues I've seen had only "Fender" written on it.

I would have to ask my brother about this.

And you're right, the Hot Rods aren't that great when you compare them with those amps.

But I do own a Blues Junior and it doesn't have a pointless OD channel like its bigger brothers and I think it is what makes it better and a bit cheaper... ^^ (I love this amp !)

blues jnr is a great amp, i like amps to be just a clean channel with multiple gain pedals infront of it. It does want I want perfectly all in a gorgeous 15 watt package.

HRD is meh.... the clean channel is pretty good i suppose but the gain/OD channel makes me feel ill.

I use a Frontman 212R for rehearsal, but the highs are so harsh I can hardly use the bridge pickup on my Jag. I think they're currently available at about 250 euros.

For recording I use a '78 Twin Reverb which is just awesome for clean (the vibrato is the best ever) and a Marshall 1987X for distortion, channels bridged.

Both not exactly bedroom amps but I wouldn't say they're unusable at home, just treat your room a bit and it'll be fine. When I can't use the natural distortion of the Marshall (it breaks up at about 3-4, which is pretty loud), I use a modded DS-1 pedal that sounds great on every amp; a real rich and swirly kind of sound.
