I think the Nashville type cups will drop into the existing holes (not a permanent fix) but you'll still need to shim the neck because the action will be much higher, the radius wont match either but that might not bother you.
To have a permanently fixed TOM you will need to fill the existing bridge holes and re-drill it for the TOM cups.
