pro track and super distortion?

hey,im wondering what you guys think about putting a pro track, strat pickup, in the neck, and a super distortion humbucker in the bridge of my 1965 RI fender mustang.. or do you think the stock mustang pickup would be better for the neck position...thanks

I'd go for Hot Rails to keep the aesthetics, they are high output and easy to instal.

What kind of music do you play? what's your set-up?

I play a ton of 90's grunge..alice in chains, nirvana...ect. As of now i just have stock pickups in my mustang and i don't find them beefy enough for me. I already bought a super distortion to try in the bridge, and its getting put in as we speak. But, as far as the neck pickup goes, I'm not sure what I'm going to try out. Ive been told that the paf pro hum', or the strat type of the paf pro (the pro track) is a gnarly combo with the super distortion.

Perhaps, i'd assume various Seymour Duncan stuff will go well with the Hum like; Lil 59, JB Jr or a Hot Rail.
