robertoriginal i have seen a few body covers here and there adn im not really sure about the purpose, like, can you put it on while playing or is it just a, in the case type of thing?
Rick you put it on the back of the guitar. so that it doesn't get buckrash, whilst you are playing it. also useful when the vintage jaguar is in it's case, because they are slightly too big, with no padding inside
paul_ my brother's les paul has belt buckle indentation squiggles from a shirt-covered buckle so over time that's not exactly safe either. it won't scratch it but there is damage.
beneathedarkness I thought it was like a guitar station for changing strings and such. It's odd that I've only ever seen the Jaguar clear covers.
