Just bought a mint MIJ Fender 12 string stratocaster for $525 from Guitar Center's used gear section. The price seems fair, but not amazing. I love the Rickenbacker sound, but not the overly thin neck. It was either this or a Danelectro 12. I think the purpleish burgundy mist color is what put it over the top for me. + The Fender might be a bit more durable than the Dano. over the long haul. I'm already thinking about swapping out the stock white pickguard for tort... I can't wait to plug it into my AC50!
