The difficult part is the 24" scale, making one 3-a-side would be a complete one off as its even shorter than Gibson scale.
A luthier may make you one but it will cost obviously. Alternatively, if you can find a 24" scale neck with a paddle headstock you can cut your own shape.
Good luck though, short scale necks are hard to find, even used ones.
Have you considered something like a unique color (refin) with matching headstock? May be more effective and more cost effective.
