AV pickup covers and claw?

After searching and going through threads after threads, I seemed to have lost track of the info where I can get the AV aged pickup covers and claw. Would very much appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction 😀

Thank you so much Paul!! Errm...one last silly question from a noob...do I actually need to solder/glue/fix/mess with the claw to get it attached to the pickup or it's just a matter of sliding it in place under the pickup cover? 😆 Thanks again!

The claw sides go over the pickup cover. You don't want to be putting it under the pickup cover. You shouldn't need any glue. Mine's held by the magnetic pull of the pickup and the pressure from the foam underneath.

Dan the man! Thanks for the tip! I was a little concerned earlier on seeing how some of you mentioned that the original claws were glued on or attached by a ground wire solder, etc. I guess I forgot about the magnetic pulling force that'll do the trick 😉

My replacement SD and Fender pups/claws do have a thick ground wire solder on them but my CIJ pups didn't. What pups do you have? Either way, they are not held on by the ground wire.

Pardon the late reply Dan...was preparing for a gig last Friday 😆 Well, I've got AV reissue pups in my old sunburst and the new Jag still has the stock Japanese pups which I'm gonna replace with a AV reissue bridge and SD SJAG1 neck. I've actually placed orders for a set of AV aged pickup covers and claw for the SD SJAG1 neck pup (waiting fer the goods to arrive)
