i found a super deal for a fender mustang pickguard but i dont know if it will fit a fender mustang 65 ri

i found a fender mustang pickguard on ebay recently (it was from a music shop). i sent them an e-mail asking them if it would fit a 65 re-issue and they said no ☹

i want the red tortoiseshell one as i think this would look much better on my daphne blue stang.

No mate it wasnt. It was an ebay shop in the Netherlands (im in the UK).
