Dually Lace Sensors

I have a Jaguar HH Special. I've posted other questions about it but have still remained indecisive. I'm now thinking about putting some Dually Lace Sensors in it. But I don't know what to do with the electronics. I want to be able to use each one as either a single coil or a humbucker. I was thinking, make the rhythm circuit switch switch between the Duallys and the pickup on/off switches be for the individual pickups. Would that work? Would it be difficult?

Oh, and I came up with the idea because of the email I got when contacting Lace. (I mentioned that I like Billy Corgan.)

You could always get a push/pull volume pot. It's probably only worth wiring the neck pickup to split as well seeing as the red Lace Sensor that Billy had in the bridge is voiced like a hot humbucker anyway.

I actually have a gold/gold Dually in the neck of my SG wired for coil splitting. I'm gonna be honest, I've grown to dislike it slightly, it's just TOO clean, doesn't have any real character. Soon as I have the money I'm replacing it.

Thanks a lot, that does make sense. I'm still very indecisive though. I have a lot of options. I'm thinking about selling it and buying a MIM Strat because the extra cash I would have would be very useful for a variety of things.

This was the main thing that held me back from getting Sensors when I had the chance. The price was high, and I wasn't sure I would like them. My playing is sterile enough anyway 😀

The blue lace sensor in bridge postition certainly dirties up nicely in my strat
