Rather a lot. They'd have to route a hole about 5cm by 5cm, 3cm deep, fill the holes for the stopbar, and then drill for the proper Jag bridge thimbles. Then source the new parts. And obviously align it all and make sure it's working. And then do a full setup on the guitar.
