Usually black wires are the ground, white is the hot. The original Fender pickup will only be 2 wires. The Invader will be a 4 conductor. I'm guessing it is wired up with the red and white together, black to the switch, green and bare to ground. Solder the white on the Fender pickup to the switch where the black wire from the Invader is, and the black from the Fender to a ground, like the back of the volume pot.
