definitly the looks. all the crome and switches, then its the feel, so comfy. then its the sound. somtimes week and somtimes strong but always gets you in the mood for playing. for me anyway./

the look was the first thing that grabbed me but once i played one the body just seems to meld with yours.plus,the neck profile feels really good and ofcourse the sound only a short scale jag can make.i also like the fact that jags are kinda a black sheep in the fender family of guitars.and...........................

I definitely agree on the looks - it's quite a rocketship/mad scientist kind of thing, all switches and chrome and odd shape. and as greenlee says, it's the black sheep of guitars, and I like that aspect of it.

I've always really loved the silly curvy nameless sixties guitars. Y'know, with the big light switches and stuff on them..

And I saw Brian Molko playing one on a video. And I basically went 'HOMGIWANTTHATGUITAR' . It's just the mother of all silly sixties guitars, but minus the big light switches.

It makes me cry that i've got a ding in the bottom from another guitar headstock.

doesn't sound like anything else. Sounds beautiful. distorted or clean.

Looks beautiful. Strats and Teles etc. are boring compared to it. I fell in love with the shape as soon as I saw it.

I love the switches 😈

Plus yeah it matches my car.

Haha. my gf actually holds the jag up against herself to compare the curves (i think she's taking the piss out of my infatuation for the jags shape 🙄 ) but she is actually from derbyshire.

My old lady does the exact same thing, mind you she's more of a Gibson J200 if you know what I mean. 😛

350 small block V8 with headers and a 4 barrel, it sounds alright but the Jag sounds better 😆

I've got a 95 Corvette LT1 I'm going to drop into it, and backing it up with a 5 speed. Then all I'll need is good brakes to get me stopped 🙄
