Very cool! I am still hoping to pick up a blue one. I have a red one already. π If I get a blue one, I will probably keep it stock.
Yeah, the stock Jag-Stang is awesome, certainly not as bad as some other people's opinions may tell you.
But this guitar is a hit or miss, and my newest purchase was a Line 6 Spider IV 120watt.
The variety of tones the Jag-Stang is capable of is extremely underrated, and I hadn't realized until
played through a great amp like Line 6 has made. I'm sure some of this is the amp, but all in all the
guitar is very versatile. I have recently sold my Fender Champ 600, 2 Gibson '57 Classic Pickups, and
my Epiphone Dot Studio. I am looking at a very nice Fender Jaguar at Guitar Center. I'm on that trip
you get where you already plan mods like changing the pickguard (and maybe a Super Distortion in that bridge slot!) before you own it haha. Happy playing man,
keep jamming!
P.S. - Always wanted a Daphne Blue one. Settled on the Fiesta Red with a pleased purchase do to the condition
the guitar was kept in. Hoping to someday pick up a Daphne Blue Mustang π
