Wanting to do a Jagstang build

Hey guys I am wanting to do a Warmoth Jagstang build. I have a Billy Corgan Sig neck laying around and a few other bit, So Here is the idea for the guitar. its going to be a "super grunge" guitar as my friend call it, A mahogany Jagstang body (desined by Kurt) Neck (Corgan Sig) and a Kahler Tremolo (set up like Jerry Cantrell) and probably Billy Corgan's sig pick ups.

Now is what I am worried about is the Strat neck. Will it work with the Jagstang body, or will it throw the intonate so far out, it would not be worth doing? Or dose it matter that the Jagstang is set up for a 24” scale not a 25 ½” like the strat... could I just set up the tremolo the same distance as it would be on a strat and could that take car of the intonate problem?

well if your building the body from scratch or using a warmoth body with no bridge routes all you'd have to do is get the trem the proper distance. What are you planning on doing as far as aesthetics go? like what color scheme are you thinking of going for and other things of that nature?

For color scheme I have always liked dark green, but I was thinking (cuz I have never seen one) Dragonburst, Hell come to think of it I don't think I have ever seen a Dragonburst in person, on any guitar. But the Dragonburst that Warmoth offers is a bit to light... I want a 3 tone burst. Instead of black use a pullman green and then just get lighter from there. With there burst, the center is to yellow-ish, I want that to be more green. Then I want to sand it down to get rid of all the gloss. Vintage pearl pickguard with black BC pick ups, and I might make all the chrome look aged IDK yet. Friend said I should call it a "Must-Uar" becuse is going to be so different from what Kurt wanted the Jag-Stang to be haha

So what do you guys think?

What is the distance for the tremolo on the Jagstang and if anyone knows the distance of a strat that be awesome too.

the saddles need to be exactly 25.5" from the nut for a strat neck. Also, please dun do dragon burst it's so ugly.........

I knew that 😡 haha sorry.

I don't like there 2 tone burst, but I think a 3 tone would look good. Idk they are going to send me pic of 3 tones they have done to see if I like them... or just paint it the same as my SG. I will take some pic's tonight for tomorrow)
