I still don't think that's an excuse, a big shop should have enough techs/salesmen (should be the same thing, really) to sort out the guiatrs as they come in, because only when a shop first opens is it when there's going to be loads at once, and that'll obviously take time to do, but that's called "preparation". It's simple enough, if you want to sell things, you need to put some effort in, other than "sounds dead good that, like", or being generally obnoxious.
