So I have the chance to buy either a 1981 red perfect condition all original fender bullet from someone local. Telecaster shape version for about £300. But I have also found a lake placid blue competition stripe fender mustang (not matching head stock which I prefer anyway) in as new condition 93/94 date for about £400.
I like having less popular/rare fender guitars so either one is good to me. I'm from the UK so my options aren't the same as the guys in the states. Can people tell me how they compare?
