New guitar amp buying advice

I am in the market for buying a new guitar amp and need your help to get the best one. Currently I am looking at Mesa Dual Rectifier and Engl Powerball II. I have played Dual Rectifier before, but don't have any experience with Engl amp. I mostly play metal, but I also play some classic/hard rock. Can anyone point me in the right direction and help me to choose the best one?

Any recommendation will be greatly appreciated.

MESA are the best.

But I've heard good things about the Peavey 6505, also the high end black star stuff is great.

I also need to plug Orange amps a bit, but if you live in the USA your best bet is the MESA imo.

If I had money, I'd go with Fryette or Orange. I absolutely love KT88 power sections

Get a Blackstar Series one amp/cabinet = 3K$. or a Vox AC 30 all tube amp =1 K$.

Depends on what you mean by "metal".If it's anywhere from Megadeth to Zeppelin or G'N'R(As much as it pains me to say), the Marshall 2266 Vintage modern is pretty much what you're asking for. Plexi to 900, one amp. Ye gods, if only I had job.
