So I was thinking that I'd upgrade the pickups in my mij leftie mustang to something more stable. The tone of the stock pickups is fine but I'd like something of better quality.
Oh, and I also feel they're too loud in the treble, but I don't know if that's the pups of my setup!
I was recommend to just swap in the 65 resissue pups but I thought I'd see if anyone had any suggestions - as I said I don't want to massively change the tone, just give it a higher quality feel.
Also - the stock pups have the cover on them so I don't know if they're staggered so if they are then putting in non staggered pups, upside down, will that affect things? And if so do people do leftie friendly pups?
